Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using TREAL. By creating an account, accessing the website, using the intelligence dashboard, terminal, Telegram mock trades, or any related service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TREAL is a crypto intelligence platform operated by Simmerliq. The service includes a market intelligence dashboard, web and desktop trading terminal, premium Telegram mock-trade channels, strategy backtests, and related analytics tools. TREAL is designed to help traders research markets — not to execute trades on your behalf or provide personalized investment advice.

By accessing or using TREAL, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using TREAL, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements and that your use complies with applicable local laws. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.

Mock trades, backtests, dashboards, and analytics are provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on TREAL constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Trading risk: Digital asset trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your capital. TREAL and Simmerliq are not responsible for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, liquidations, or other financial harm arising from your use of the Service, from actions you take based on mock trades or analytics, or from trades executed through connected exchanges or terminals.

TREAL accounts are created through our authentication provider (email or supported OAuth providers). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

The TREAL terminal may connect to supported exchanges using API credentials you provide. On desktop and in-browser modes, keys are encrypted locally — they are not stored in plaintext on TREAL servers. You are solely responsible for configuring API permissions, securing your devices, and any trades executed through your connected accounts.

TREAL does not hold customer funds, execute trades as a broker, or provide custody services.

Market data, mock trades, and backtest statistics may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Data is sourced from third-party providers and exchange APIs; we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Strategy Evidence and mock backtests illustrate historical behavior under specific assumptions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Backtests may not reflect real-world slippage, fees, liquidity, or execution constraints.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from TREAL without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or models
• Abuse rate limits, redemption flows, or payment systems
• Use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or fraud
• Resell or redistribute premium mock trades, dashboards, or terminal access

TREAL branding, website design, dashboard modules, mock-trade logic, documentation, and related materials are owned by Simmerliq or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market data, mock trades, or backtest results. Any reliance you place on the Service is strictly at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMMERLIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, LIQUIDATIONS, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, FROM TRADES YOU EXECUTE, OR FROM DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON TREAL CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not responsible for losses caused by market volatility, exchange outages, incorrect or delayed data, mock-trade delays, user error, misconfigured API keys, unauthorized account access, or third-party service failures.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TREAL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

TREAL integrates with third-party services including Supabase (authentication and database), NOWPayments (crypto billing), Telegram (premium channels), exchange APIs (e.g. Bybit), CoinGecko (token data), Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse prevention), and RevenueCat (mobile subscriptions). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data practices.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) remain in effect.
